Member Complaints Process

Any complaint we receive will be investigated fairly and in accordance with our complaints policy under rule 108 of the standard rules for credit unions.

The credit union sector took the top spot overall as the most reputable organisation in Ireland according to the latest Ireland RepTrak® 2020 Report. The RepTrak® report measures the level of trust, respect admiration and esteem the public has for 100 organisations in Ireland.
